Planning a live embroidery pop-up starts with chatting through your event details. I'll work with you to create a custom embroidery menu, which can include a selection of fonts, initial/monogram styles or simple icon designs.
Your Merch or Mine
You can choose to provide the items or I can source blank items for you. Some popular items for on-site embroidery include:
- Tote bags
- Bandanas
- T-shirts, crewnecks or hoodies
- Cosmetic or toiletry bags
- Golf, gym or tennis towels
Pricing
Pricing varies based on guest count, event length and whether you're treating guests to complimentary embroidery or offering embroidery as a paid, on-site experience.
As a general guide:
Guest-Pay or Host-Paid Embroidery: Packages start at $450 for up to 3 hours. Guests can purchase their own embroidery, or the host can cover the embroidery total at the end of the event.
Complimentary Embroidery for Larger-Scale Events: Packages start at $1,200 for up to 4 hours.
Each quote is tailored to the unique needs of your event and designed to create a memorable experience for your guests.
What's Included
- Professional on-site embroidery:
A dedicated embroiderer on-site throughout the event, assisting guests with embroidery selections and operating a commercial grade embroidery machine.
- Seamless Setup & Breakdown: Told Ya Sew handles the equipment, transportation, setup and breakdown. We'll arrive early so the embroidery experience is ready to go before your guests arrive.
- Personalized Event Planning: Before your event, I'll work closely with you to make sure the embroidery experience fits your event's aesthetic and vibe—from the embroidery selections to the bar experience for guests.
