Why are you called "Told Ya Sew" and not "Told Ya Embroider?"

Because who doesn't love a good pun? If you're looking for sewing services or clothing alterations, sorry but I primarily offer embroidery. 

How can I be sure an item will fit?

Made-to-order clothing items have a sizing chart on the product page. Upcycled clothing always list the item's measurements. To ensure the best fit, compare the measurements with a shirt you have a home. Lay your shirt flat on a table and grab a tape measure. Chest measurements are measured across the chest from armpit to armpit. Length measurements are measured from back of the collar to the bottom hem. 

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes! Free local pick-up is available in Cincinnati, OH at Zeitgeist Supply in Westwood. Just select pickup when you check out, and you will receive an email notification when your item is ready. Zeitgeist Supply is located at 3103 Harrison Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45211.

What's the turnaround time on custom and personalized items?

All items are made to order and can take 1-2 weeks plus shipping time. If you have a specific deadline, please let me know and I will do everything I can to make it happen. 

Can you embroider on items/garments I give you?

While I prefer working with items I supply, I'm happy to give you an estimate. Depending on the complexity, size, and set-up time, personalization such as names or monograms can range from $15 to $30+ per item. Custom designs or logos that require digitizing into an embroidery file have an additional cost. Additionally, if you do supply the item(s), you will be required to sign a waiver that releases Told Ya Sew from all responsibility in the chance the embroidery machine malfunctions and damages and/or delivers unexpected results to your provided garment/item.
